My candidate based in JHB is searching for a GRV CLERK

The ideal candidate should reside Roodepoort , Northriding or Krugersdorp (West Rand)

Requirements:

  • Two  year's experience
  • Worked on SAP or Kerridge
  • Excel , Word and Outlook
  • Capture supplier invoices on Kerridge
  • Physically check stock at Receiving before capturing stock
  • Notifying all staff of stock arrivals
  • Assisting at Receiving with Receiving functions – Credit Returns etc
  • Scanning of POD's
  • Daily running of Non-Scanned Report
  • Following up on all outstanding POD's
  • Maintaining Supplier Register
  • Maintaining Damaged Product Register
  • Submitting of Supplier invoices to Fin Office
  • Working one weekend a month
  • Working hours 08h00 – 17h00  weekly
  • Saturday 09h00 – 14h00 ( ONE WEEKEND A MONTH )
  • Sunday 09h00 – 13h00 ( ONE WEEKEND A MONTH )
